REFUND POLICY
We have a limited return policy because we cannot restock returned goods, and we have to absorb the cost. To initiate a return, contact us at info@shopmisslash.com explaining the reason you would like to return the product to obtain a return authorization number within 15 days of shipment. When returning a product it must be unused and unopened. The product must be still sealed in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs to return items. It is mandatory that the return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. Any returns sent without the return authorization clearly marked will not be accepted or opened. No return will be considered more than 15 days after the shipment was delivered.
Lost Orders
Miss Lash is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please track your package and try to be as available as possible when your order is supposed to arrive. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, Currier GLS, and DHL will have the most current information regarding your package. Miss Lash is no longer responsible for any items sent once they have been shipped and the tracking number has been provided. Packages that show up as “Delivered” according to currier GLS, or DHL tracking will not be re-shipped. If an item is damaged during shipping, the seller will not be held responsible.
Cancellation
An item may be canceled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment. Shipping and handling costs are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed.
